Last Friday we have all been attacked barbarously.
The murderous and utterly inhumane attack on our French brothers and sisters in Paris is a push towards the European heart.
In our hearts and in our minds we from EurECCA show today our solidarity with our friends in France.
We say: you are not alone in this difficult hour. The Europe family that we are stands united in grief at your side.

The terrorists have attacked Europe: a Europe of indivisible values: a life in freedom and self- determination, a Europe of solidarity, of the equality of all people. A continent of tolerance, openness and diversity.

Lufthansa

Today EurECCA, the European Cabin Crew Association, declares its full solidarity with the member union UFO from Germany for the upcoming action within Deutsche Lufthansa. After two years of intense negotiations over pension funds, UFO had to learn that the management of Lufthansa is not willing to make a deal. An agreement that would be a fair and sustainable compromise for all those affected, proposed by UFO, is on the table. The management decided not to take it.

EurECCA supports the position of the representatives of the two national cabin crew unions, and EurECCA-members SNPNC and UNSA, that condemn the physical violence two senior Air France executives suffered at the hands of some protesters.

2nd annual conference in September in Lisbon

In early September, the annual conference of the European annual Cabin Crew Association EurECCA took place. Around 40 delegates from the member countries of EurECCA- unions had come into the Portuguese SNPVAC office to discuss current internal issues as well as European aviation matters.

Dear friends,

It was with great satisfaction that the Portuguese Government announced their choice of the potential buyer of TAP-SGPS, Mr. David Neeleman.

We, the board of SNPVAC deeply regret the satisfaction and the choice to sell.

What we want is for TAP to remain in the hands of the Portuguese State and that it continues to be our flagship airline, the one that carries the name and the quality of Portugal around the world.

On the 14th of April 2015 EASA organised her Second Workshop on Cabin Crew and Cabin/Passenger Safety. Annette Groeneveld, President of EurECCA, attended the workshop, together with Christoph Drescher, General Secretary, and Xavier Gautier, Vice- President. We combined our presence in Cologne to meet with Patrick Ky, executive director of EASA.
